Subject: Apology for inability to follow request of appliance servicing

Dear Ms Roberts,

With reference to your request regarding the servicing of your water purifier (request number 898239H, dated 13/6/2012), we are sorry to say that we will not be able to service the appliance free of charge as you warranty period has expired on June 1, 2012. According to the terms and conditions of the warranty, you were entitled to free servicing and repairing services once in every three months. But after the end of the warranty period, you will no longer be entitled to free services and will have to pay a charge of $30 for every service.

Therefore we will not be able to follow your request but if you want to continue to receive our services, please contact our customer care executives who will guide you on how to continue getting our help and how much you need to pay.

It has been a pleasure working for you and we hope our appliances continue to make your life easier. We are again sorry for not being able to respond to your request. Looking forward to hearing from you soon,

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely

Phil Clark
