Apology Letter for Stealing

You may need to write a formal letter of apology if you have stolen from a business, if it will prevent the business owner filing charges or to prevent further, disciplinary actions. You may also choose to write an apology letter yourself if you sincerely feel regretful towards the deed you've done.

Sorry Letter to Cousin

To,

Libby

Sun Valley, Idaho

June 11, 2012

Dear Libby,

I am so sorry about what happened the other night and I feel really bad that we fought over something so petty and trivial. I regret every word I said to you and how I hurt you with my behavior. It all started because of a misunderstanding and things just kept piling up in my mind. I know that I should have told you what is bothering me way before things got out of hand. But instead I went to Artie and told me what was hurting me. I did not mean to gossip about you or say mean things about you.

But I was so angry that I needed to vent. Please believe me that I did not mean half the things I said. I do not blame Artie for coming and telling everything to you because some way or another you would have to come to know this anyway. I just wished I had come to you first to clear things up instead of getting other people in our family involved.

Please forgive me for everything I did to hurt you and I hope we can have a good time Cousin Danny’s wedding.

Yours sincerely

Millie

Sorry Letter to Aunty

To,

Aunt Jenna
Little Valley, California

June 11, 2013

Dear Aunt Jenna,

I do not even know how to begin the letter after having caused so much pain to you. Please accept this as my apology for breaking your trust yesterday and sneaking out of the house with my friends in the middle of the night. I can imagine how scared you were when you did not find me in my room and later heard about the accident on Elmer Road where two of my friends were hurt.

I assure you that I did not realize that things would get so out of hand; we just wanted to have so some fun but now I realize that underage drinking and driving is not only dangerous but can also jeopardize my future forever. You have been a mother figure to me and I respect you a lot. This is why I am so ashamed that I hurt you so much with my words and actions. I will never go anywhere without informing you, neither will I stay up late with my friends and indulge in drinking. In fact, I will also try to educate my friends about the consequences of drinking and driving.

I am very sorry for everything.

Yours sincerely

27th May 2013

Dear Mom,

I am sorry for having forgotten to wish on you on your Birthday this year. I have always been the first one to wish you on this special day of yours and surprise you with gifts. I had plans to give you a surprise visit this time but I got busy in a new project bagged by our company last week. I was so engrossed in working on the project to meet the deadline that I forgot to even call you up to wish you.

Please accept my birthday wishes now; belated happy birthday to you. You are the most special person in my life. I know this letter is not enough to convey my love to you; I have already applied for leaves for next month so that I can come, meet you and let you know how special you are for me.

Your loving daughter,

Dear Jenny,

I am writing this letter to express my apologies for not being able to attend your wedding reception. I could not make it to the function as it was the same time I had to go for an official tour. Though, I tried convincing my boss for postponing the tour but in vain. I had to leave for it unwillingly. I know I have disappointed you by not being there with you on your special day but believe me I am feeling equally bad.

I remember the plans we had made for this day right from deciding the menu for the dinner to the theme to selecting the songs to be played at the function. I know we had been planning everything since months and you wanted me to be with you all the time on this day but I am sorry for this unscheduled tour.

Please accept my apologies. I would come and meet you soon.

Miss you,

Sorry Letter to Customer

A customer sorry letter can be an excellent way to win a customer's loyalty. These letters can be used to right a wrong with a customer. They are a great way to keep customers that you may lose. Letters like this show the customer just how much you care about their business. For an example of a customer sorry letter.

To,

Ms. Donice Morris,

732 Grey Line Road, Waco

June 1, 2013

Subject: Apology for misbehavior of customer care executive

Dear Ms Morris,

We have come to know of an unfortunate incident you had with our customer service department and we would like to deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by the customer service executive’s behavior. We have noted down your complaint (number 797329SA) and would like to let you know that strict action will be taken against the employee. He is a new employee with very less experience and so his attitude towards his job was over enthusiastic and lacking proper judgment.

We are by no means excusing his behavior but I would like to request you not to take any legal action against the company as we are very sorry for what happened. As a token of our gratitude, please accept the offer of free servicing of all appliances of our company that you own for up to three years. We will also make sure that the faulty air conditioner is replaced by us at no extra cost so that you do not face any further problem.

Once again, we are very sorry for the incident. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Yours sincerely

It is also vital to maintain a flimsy balance between the civil and the cordial without being friendly or imposing as well as being demanding. A sample of a business apology letter is as follow:

How to Write a School Acceptance Letter

Posted by parimalonline On Monday, May 13, 2013 0 comments

Some colleges, universities and graduate programs require that an applicant submit a formal acceptance of admission. University programs sometimes have limited positions available for students, so your acceptance letter will secure your place. The acceptance letter for school admission is an important element of your college application, which will also become part of your school record. Make your acceptance letter for school clear, concise and polite.

1. Address your letter to the specific college department, graduate program or individual who signed your college acceptance letter. Identify yourself in the first paragraph of your letter. State that you are writing in response to the offer of admission to the school or program.

2. Express your gratitude to the college admissions department or the graduate department that accepted you. If you know their names, extend thanks to the individuals who made the decision to accept your application for enrollment.

3. State that you are accepting admission to the specific college or graduate program you plan to attend. Offer brief thanks to the people who wrote letters of recommendation and supported your application for enrollment.

4. Conclude your letter of acceptance for school by repeating your thanks. State that you are looking forward to attending the college or graduate program. Close with "Sincerely," and sign the letter above your typed name.

Relationship Sorry Letter

To,

Jessica,

Rocky Hills, Montana

June 12, 2012

Dear Jessica,

I am so sorry I hurt you and made you cry. You are the most beautiful thing in my life and I can’t believe I caused you so much pain by saying hurtful things. I know your work is very important to you and instead of supporting you I was focusing on my insecurities and saying things like you do not care for me. That was very wrong of me and I love you very much.

I know how much you care about me and the relationship and I appreciate everything you do. I know it takes a lot of time and effort to manage both the house and work and I respect you for that. I will try to help you in the house rather than expect you to do everything for me. Please tell me if there is anything more I can do because I want you to be happy with me.

You mean so much to me and I will say it once again: I love you and I am sorry for all the misunderstandings and the pain I caused by my awful behavior. Please forgive me so that we can move on.

Yours sincerely

Write an Apology Letters to a Friend

Posted by parimalonline On Saturday, March 23, 2013 0 comments

Friendship offers love, support, companionship and fun, but also offers an opportunity for growth and self-awareness. By operating at each other and push our hot buttons, we have two options: explore our problems, release limitations and evolve to a new level, or go to the resistance, closed, and end the friendship. Of course, there are times when it is in the best interest of both parties to move from the relationship. If it can be done with honesty and closing can be a healing experience. But when a friendship and when there is a crack that needs repair?

If you want to repair their friendship, a letter of apology might be the best place to start. If not cured of their relationship, at least give you closure. Here are some tips on getting started. Following Our Pinterest Profile

Express yourself freely. It can be difficult to know how to write a letter of apology - what to say, how to say it and so on. During analysis honesty can prevent flow freely. One way to start is to write a draft letter - one that is not going to send to your friend. Journalism in a notebook or on your computer, but left everything. Tap your emotions and express them freely. If you are angry, have a tantrum on paper. If you are sad, pour out your heart. Use this as a safe place to vent, judge, criticize, complain, complain, be needed, justify or whatever comes out of you. Then sit with it for a day or two and let it process. This will clean the office and open a space to write the letter clearly real.

Have your stuff. If you are writing a letter of apology, is very likely to feel bad about something you did or said in your relationship. It is useful to ignore the reactions of his wounded friend, the opinions of other friends, and the judgments of his inner critic and take a real look at what happened. Without justifying their behavior, look at what was happening to you at that time. What was provoked? As you own your problems from a place of acceptance that will heal. You can then tell your friend from a place of self-forgiveness and greatness rather than shame and necessity. Everyone makes mistakes - that's how we learn and grow.

Check your motivation. What is the purpose of your letter of apology? Is to release the guilt, apologize, make amends, to repair the friendship, or a little of everything? Release guilt and forgiveness are things we must do for ourselves, because no one can actually do for us. Be clear about what you hope to accomplish before writing the letter and wondered if this is the most appropriate way to achieve this goal. Put yourself in the shoes of your friends and reflect on what they need to hear from you.

Write from the heart and soul. If you write a letter of apology to his intellect can only come across as cold and insincere. You may end up justifying their behavior, instead of building a relationship with your friend. If you write only from their emotions, can be reactive or suffocation. If you communicate from the heart and soul, I write from a place of authenticity, honesty and clarity. You will be guided by your higher self to express its deepest truth. Take 10 or 15 minutes before writing to relax the mind, the emotions of the version, and the center within your spiritual self. Then let your heart lead the way as you type.

Once you have written the letter of apology, set your intention to be received in the best way and then let go of all expectations. This will create a space for something new to emerge.

First of all, heartiest congratulations to you and Alec for your marriage. I am really sorry that I was unable to attend the wedding as all the flights were booked due to the holiday season.

I know you must be really upset about this, but I tried my best to attend your wedding. You know how much I regret not being there for you on one of the most important and special days of your life. I am sure you must have looked very beautiful in your wedding dress.

I really regret not booking the tickets in advance as I completely forgot that it will be a busy period for the airlines. It's my fault and I want to apologize to you for the same. The next time I am in LA, we should catch up. I want to hear about all the details of the wedding. Hope you have forgiven your forgetful friend.

How to Write an Acceptance Letters

Posted by parimalonline On 0 comments

Use an acceptance letter for accepting a job, event, resignation, gift, invitation, honor, and many other special situations.

Even if you have accepted verbally, it is smart to write an acceptance letter to formally accept the offer and to confirm the details.

Be gracious
When accepting a job, promotion, appointment, public office, gift, etc.

Thank the person, business, organization, etc. when you begin your letter.

Briefly identify what it is that you are accepting.
For example, “This is a wonderful opportunity for me, and I am happy to accept the position as associate director of sales.”

Thank those who have helped you, if you feel it is appropriate.
Restate the terms as you understand them if you are formally accepting a job position or similar assignment, including the starting date, job expectations, rate of compensation, health and dental benefits, sick and vacation days, etc.

Keep the tone of your letter positive if you are accepting a resignation. Do not say anything that might make you liable for legal action.

Thank the person for the invitation if you are accepting an invitation to a social event, and express your anticipation that the event will be a success. Clarify any details about the event, if needed, such as date or time, location, dress, etc.

Recheck for errors.
For job offers and the like, the acceptance letter may become part of a company’s permanent file for you, so make sure that it is well-worded and free of embarrassing grammatical or other errors.

Close your letter by restating your appreciation for being offered the job, award, gift, etc.

Sorry Letter to Girlfriend

Posted by parimalonline On 0 comments

Dear Jami

Words will never fully express how sorry I am, but I truly hope that it is a good start:

I’m sorry letter to girlfriend

I regret nothing more in life than what I have done to you. It was wrong, stupid and immature and you do not deserve any of the grief and anger I have caused you.

I can’t bear to see you unhappy because of my actions. When our relationship began, I promised {to myself} that I would make you happy. I failed. I failed both of us.

But I want to make amends. I truly do. You’re too important of a person to lose and I hate myself for realizing that now rather than earlier. I understand the gravity of the situation, and I hope that you can find it in your heart to forgive me.

Come on, Please call me and let's patch things up.

Love always,
Smith
